We tried to put a variety of styles into our music without losing the authentic sound of the fifties.
While listening you hear a musical journey of hits, and/or compositions made by
Fats Domino, Chuck Berry, Ray Charles and Lodewijk van der Linden. All the songs where specially arranged by Lodewijk van der Linden.
So you'll hear a drumsolo and companion by accordeon while listening to Fats Domino's "I’m Walkin".
And don't think you can sit back in a relaxed mood while listening to “I Can’t Stop Loving You”.'Cause our version is no ballad!
Our special guest is Meike van der Veer. She joins the band on 2 songs and brings something extra for your listening pleasure.
We enjoyed the recording session a lot. Hopefully you'll hear this in our playing and hopefully we meet pretty soon on a stage nearby you!
